Action on Stroke Month

May is Action on Stroke Month, so we’ve created this useful series of four messages for our partner trusts, including Barts Health NHS Trust.

Obviously we’ve created an initial message explaining the awareness campaign and how the Stroke Association are raising money to fund more research and to help people affected by stroke:

Then we’ve created several more general messages about stroke, what they are, how to recognise one and what to do if one strikes someone close to you:

Lastly, we’ve compiled a list of risk factors with encouragement to take steps to live a healthier lifestyle:

Variations of these messages will be on digital signage in NHS hospitals around the country, raising awareness for stroke, general health and well being, and hopefully helping to raise some money for stroke research and care.
